Zoe had her 15 month check-up this week. Here are her stats:
Weight: 16lbs (negative 5th percentile)
Height: 27.75" (negative 5th percentile)
Head: 18.75" (90th percentile)
The visit went well...Zoe is healthy. We're going to take Zoe to see a physical therapist because she still isn't walking. Actually, it's not just that she isn't walking but she's SO not interested in it. She doesn't even stand by herself yet. Her pediatrician doesn't think it's that Zoe doesn't have the capability (ex. muscle strength) to walk, it's that she just doesn't want to. The doctor had me try to get Zoe to walking with me holding on to her and she just wouldn't do it, she just held her legs way up in the air. It was pretty funny. So, hopefully the physical therapist will be able to give us some ideas on how to help Zoe walk.
Zoe got two shots during her visit. Poor thing. She was all out of sorts the rest of that day and the next. But she's all better now and being sillier than ever.
