Christmas

I know I'm way behind in my blog posts. Here's the thing. I've been sucked into the Twilight series and I read it any free moment I get. So that has pushed blogging onto the back burner. I'm almost finished with the last book though so my life will soon get back to normal.

Here are lots of pictures and videos from Christmas day. We started the day off right by sleeping in a little bit and then spending about 2 hours opening presents. Zoe played with each new toy for about 20 minutes before moving on to the next. It was a LOT of fun. In the afternoon we met up with Mike's family at a nursing home to sing carols. It was a really great experience. After caroling we went over to Krista's house for some cookies and wassail. Yum! Then we headed back to our place and I made a yummy ham dinner for the three of us. And then we all put our PJ's back on and played for the rest of the day. It was wonderful!

Trying out the fridge alphabet.

Pretty dress.

Zoe's very first computer!

Baby! (that's what she was yelling)

Calling to say Merry Christmas!

At the nursing home now. Getting ready to start singing.

Madison and Zoe.

The whole gang.

The first of many videos. The calm before the storm.

Santa came!

Zoe meets Spike the dinosaur. She was kind of scared of Spike at first but now she's not and she even says his name.

What's in your stocking?

More Christmas morning.

That's cool that you got to go caroling on Christmas. I bet the people you sang to really loved it.

  2. I get sucked into Twilight also. I have read the first one four times. I have read the 2-4 two times each. I can't stop when I start them. I do have to say that the first and fourth are my favorite. You will have to let me know which you prefer. Looks like you guys had a great Christmas! So many new adventures to come.
