Mike, Zoe, and I all washed our hands a gazillion times that week and used up one and a half (big) bottles of hand sanitizer, and we all wore surgical masks any time I was out of the bedroom. Hahaha! It was pretty funny. But Mike and Zoe never got sick. Yay!
So anyways, I was able to make it to Mike's Dad and Viki's trunk or treat on Friday night (before the pink eye flared up) but then we missed all the festivities we had planned for Saturday.
On Sunday night I was feeling tons better so we took Zoe out trick or treating around the neighborhood.
She. Loved. It!
She quickly caught on that she was going to get candy at each house. So she played the game just right. She knocked on the door and would yell, "Trick or Treat!" before the door even opened. Then she would say, "Thank you!" then walk away. And EVERY time as we walked away she told me, "She (or he) is my friend!". It was so cute!
Here is a picture of Zoe helping me make popcorn hands for her Halloween party at school.
And here is the hippee (90% of the people thought she was Pocahontas, oh well)!
Giving a peace sign.
Gangsta!
Silly face!
Scary face! Ahhh!
Cute face.
That is so cute! And I totally think she looks like a hippee. I'm glad you're feeling better!
