Halloween Fun

Zoe was feeling much better yesterday so we decided to go ahead with all of our planned Halloween activities. We are sad that we missed our ward's trunk-or-treat on Wednesday when Zoe was really, really sick but we were really glad that Mike's sister Krista's ward had theirs last night. So we started the night at the trunk-or-treat (which was awesome with SO many people there!). Afterwards we went real trick-or-treating in Krista's neighborhood. And then after that Krista made us a late night snack of snake tongues (spaghetti), boogers (green linguine), and dandruff (Mizithra cheese); fingers (carrots) and brains (cauliflower); and to top it all off...some witch hat breadsticks. Yum...and SO much fun!

This was last Saturday after my race. Zoe and I were making sugar cookies (pumpkins, bats, and ghosts).

Elphaba (Rachel), Dorothy (Madison), and a Flying Monkey (Ethan)...Rachel made all of these costumes--AMAZING!
