First Day of Preschool

Zoe went to her first day of preschool today! And....she LOVED it!

She was a little apprehensive when I was dropping her off saying, "Mom, just stay with me." She never cried though. Her teacher told me that Zoe did great during the day and seemed to have a lot of fun. When I picked her up she totally didn't want to go home. When I finally convinced her to come home with me :), I asked her what her very favorite thing was that she did at school and she said, "My friends!". When I asked her if she wanted to go back to school again she shouted, "Yes!". And when I asked her what she had for a snack she said, "I'm just still hungry." Good! Those are all great answers. I'm so happy that she likes it!

Anyone curious about what I did while Zoe was in school? Good, I'll tell ya. First I went to Super Target and got some groceries. Took them home. Did some work (I don't think I ever blogged about this...I do data entry for my brother-in-law's dermatology practice). Poked my head into Mike's office and said "Hi" and got him a snack. Went to the bank to make a deposit. Went to Kohl's to return some clothes. Went to Academy to get some GU gels for Saturday's 20 mile run(!!!). Then picked Zoe up.

Zoe ended up taking a 3 hour nap today. I think the girl was exhausted!
